About The Position

Requirements
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence
- Work closely with patients, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Participate in care planning and collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals
- Help patients achieve their functional and quality-of-life goals
