Occupational Therapist - OT (Full Time - 2 or 3 days!)
About The Position
Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for its sub-acute and skilled nursing rehabilitation departments in Nantucket, Massachusetts. This salaried position is 40 hours per week, with a flexible two- or three-day in-facility commitment and four to five days off each week. For employees commuting from off-island, commute time, fees, and parking between Hyannis and Nantucket are fully reimbursed. The therapist will provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care to help residents reach their highest level of independence. The role involves collaborating with rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment. Candidates must have one year of skilled nursing facility experience and a current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license or be eligible for licensure. Requirements
- At least one year of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience.
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) license or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
- Good attention to detail and timely documentation.
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Flexibility with hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
