About The Position
Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join its therapy team in Wooster, Ohio. The role focuses on helping patients achieve greater independence and quality of life. The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops and provides individualized care, monitors progress, educates patients and caregivers, collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, and completes clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
Nice To Haves
- SNF/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
