About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join its therapy team in Wooster, Ohio. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
