OT - Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Life Enriching Communities is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support residents at Wesley Ridge, a senior living community in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The Occupational Therapist is an in-house team member who helps residents work toward greater independence through occupational therapy services. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others thrive in their daily lives. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Ohio.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain patient records, including evaluating and documenting resident progress.
- Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy progress.
- Test and evaluate residents’ physical and mental abilities, and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals.
- Plan and implement programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps.
