About The Position
PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide home health care to homebound clients in Lakehills, Texas who qualify for Medicare coverage. The role partners with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life at home. The therapist focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, promoting health, preventing disability, and supporting long-term wellness through hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
- Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
