About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for an outpatient pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role offers full-time or part-time scheduling and a Monday–Friday schedule, with compensation of $40–$46 per hour based on experience. The clinic provides a play-based, child-centered environment where clinicians help children build independence and participate more fully in everyday activities. The Occupational Therapist will work with children and families as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Structured onboarding and mentorship are available, and both new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are welcome. Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients’ goals and enhance their functional abilities.
Educate clients and their families on improving daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Advocate for clients’ needs and support them in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.
