About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients in the Kyle / Buda coverage area. The therapist assesses patients, develops treatment plans, and delivers developmentally appropriate interventions to support children’s functional independence and quality of life. The role is open to new graduates and experienced OTs, with hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Scheduling is flexible and may be part-time (fewer than 24 visits per week) or full-time (25 or more visits per week). Caseloads are built near clinicians’ preferred locations, with consistent visits and back-office support.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children and families.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Flexibility and adaptability when working with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pediatric home health or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills.
Accurately document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates.
Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
Stay current with pediatric occupational therapy best practices and regulatory requirements.
