About The Position

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. The role is based at Bethany Pointe Health Campus in Anderson, Indiana, and requires minimal travel as needed, typically less than 10%.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.

Nice To Haves

• Current valid CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
