About The Position

This role requires an Occupational Therapist (OT) with an active California OT license. The position demands a minimum of 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience and current BLS certification. The therapist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive OT evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions across various domains including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, cognitive/functional rehabilitation, and adaptive equipment.

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, cognitive/functional rehabilitation, and adaptive equipment
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently
