Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join their growing outpatient clinic team. This role involves providing one-on-one patient care, evaluating and designing individualized care plans, fabricating custom splints, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
- Sensory integration experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
- Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
