About The Position

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a comprehensive multidisciplinary company offering Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage, and Acupuncture services. This Full-Time Occupational Therapist position will involve splitting time between our Buchanan & Ossining clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our growing, innovative team that values your growth as much as your patients’ progress.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Sensory integration experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
• Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
