About The Position
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in Westchester County. This role involves providing one-on-one outpatient OT care, evaluating and adjusting individualized care plans, fabricating custom splints, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Metro PT emphasizes being a community and values employee growth alongside patient progress.
Requirements
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
- Sensory integration experience a plus
