About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an urgent need. This is a 13-week assignment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee. The role requires an active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license and a minimum of 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience. The ideal candidate will have experience performing OT evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and possess strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and rehabilitation interventions. Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a diverse patient caseload independently. The position requires availability for 8-hour day shifts, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience performing OT evaluations
• Experience developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of ADL training
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic activities
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises
• Strong knowledge of functional mobility
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation interventions
• Excellent clinical documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
