About The Position

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join its home health care team in Willis, Texas. The Occupational Therapist partners with patients in their recovery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life in their homes. The role focuses on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, promoting health, preventing disability, and supporting long-term wellness through hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs. The position provides skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Professional and compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
