About The Position

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a flexible, PRN role serving the Kyle-Buda, Texas area. Therapy takes place in clients’ natural environments—including their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities—using real-life activities to support functional rehabilitation. The position combines autonomous work with collaboration among a team of therapists and other disciplines. The role includes in-person, one-to-one therapy and indirect services such as documentation and communication completed from home. The schedule is flexible and created by the therapist. Pay is hourly, including reimbursed drive time at the clinical rate and mileage reimbursement. The therapist maintains continuity of care as the primary therapist and may participate in team collaboration and co-treatments. Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides neurorehabilitation in natural home and community settings for people recovering from conditions such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA. Its program aims to help patients regain functional capabilities and independence.
