About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This position is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. The role involves treating infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears, developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from various backgrounds, including Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists (CPOs) & Certified Orthotists (COs), valuing their unique skill sets. A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required due to a formal training program with mentoring. Requirements

Licensed OT
500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
