About The Position

Cranial Technologies is the world leader in researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and is dedicated to pediatric cranial shaping orthoses. With over 500,000 babies successfully treated, they are the experts in this field. They also offer the EarWell® treatment for infant ear shape correction, a non-invasive option with over 600,000 successful outcomes. The company is seeking a full-time Clinician for their Los Angeles, CA (Los Feliz clinic). This role offers a unique opportunity to work outside traditional orthotics in a niche, pediatric outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families. Clinicians treat infants using the DOC Band® for head shapes and EarWell® for ear shapes, acting as experts in evaluation and treatment for plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, and building strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique contributions of PTs, OTs, RNs, and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists/Certified Orthotists. While pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring.

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience a plus
Background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.
PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.
Registered Nurses are a great fit with their experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families as well as their capability to treat the whole patient.
Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.
