About The Position

Cranial Technologies is the world's only company dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome), with over 500,000 babies successfully treated. We are the leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses. We also provide treatment with EarWell® to correct infant ear shapes non-invasively. This full-time Clinician position is based in our Los Angeles, CA (Los Feliz clinic) and includes occasional coverage for our DOC Van Mobile Clinic, with provided training and eligibility for mobile clinic bonuses. The role is in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants. This is a unique opportunity to specialize in a niche area, treating patients in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic. Clinicians treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians as experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears. Our treating Clinicians build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. We welcome diverse backgrounds, as PTs and OTs are a great fit due to their knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development. Registered Nurses are also a good fit due to their hands-on patient care experience and compassion. Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are strong candidates due to their orthotics and direct patient care experience.
