About The Position

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient therapy services in the homes of Independent Living residents in a supportive senior living environment. The role helps individuals maintain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance quality of life. The position offers as-needed scheduling and competitive pay of $56+ per hour, based on experience and availability. Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligibility.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients’ goals and enhance their functional abilities.
Educate clients and families on improving daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Advocate for clients’ needs and support them in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.
