Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
Deliver care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans to patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
