About The Position

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices and the applicable policies and procedures. The role serves senior residents across local ASC facilities in South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, provides quality patient care, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans and discharge plans, supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), and contributes to case management. The role also requires maintaining positive interactions with patients and center staff and complying with applicable state occupational therapy regulations.

Requirements

• Comply with applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.

Responsibilities
