About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Post Acute Center | Baltimore, MD. Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Post Acute Center. You'll help residents rebuild the skills they use throughout the day, with treatment shaped around their abilities and goals.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans
- Address daily living skills, upper body function, and safe use of adaptive equipment
- Reassess progress and update treatment as residents recover
- Document care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
