About The Position
Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in a skilled nursing setting in Greensboro, North Carolina. The therapist will provide evidence-based interventions to post-acute and long-term care patients, helping them improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. The role involves accurate documentation and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care and quality outcomes. Flexible scheduling options are available. Department hours are 6:00 AM–8:00 PM, and the facility is open seven days per week.
Requirements
- Valid North Carolina occupational therapy license.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to post-acute and long-term care residents.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff.
- Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care.
