Occupational Therapy - Occupational Therapist (OT)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an active Vermont Occupational Therapist license and a minimum of two years of recent experience in occupational therapy. This role requires a strong understanding of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and rehabilitation interventions. The ability to perform OT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage a diverse patient caseload independently is essential. Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are also required.
Requirements
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience performing OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and rehabilitation interventions
- Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload independently
