Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop individualized care plans
- Provide treatment focused on daily living skills, strength, and coordination
- Incorporate adaptive equipment and techniques when appropriate
- Educate residents and caregivers on strategies for safer daily routines
- Document outcomes and collaborate with nursing and fellow therapists
