About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the rehab team at King David Nursing and Rehab. You'll help residents build skills for daily life through care tailored to their goals.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on daily activities, safety, and independence
- Document progress and adjust treatment as residents' needs change
- Work with nursing and other therapy disciplines to coordinate care
