About The Position

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Baytown is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist for its Inpatient Rehab Hospital. This role is for individuals who are go-getters, motivated, and genuinely care about patient well-being. Patients typically stay for about 14 days. Requirements

1 Year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Must possess an OT Certification.
Must provide proof of license at the time of submission.
Must be able to provide ample notice (more than 24 hours prior) for any call-outs.
Must be able to adhere to RTO (Request Time Off) approvals only at the time of submission; no approvals after an offer is made.
Cannot take every holiday off.

Nice To Haves

Preferably has rehab experience.
Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting (not a nursing home or LTAC).

Responsibilities

Provide therapy and rehabilitation services as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting.
Care for patients who typically have a length of stay of approximately 14 days.
Contribute to a hospital environment where employees are valued, treated with dignity, and respected.
Participate in educational and training opportunities.
