About The Position
The Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services in accordance with physician's orders to home health patients with upper extremity impairment, deficits in activities of daily living (ADL) ability, diseases or disorders requiring energy conservation, and diseases or disorders requiring re-education of the swallowing mechanism. The role requires awareness of home health standards and practices, including discipline-specific assessments and documentation requirements, as well as basic computer knowledge and abilities.
