About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Salinas, CA. This role requires an active Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating patients with functional limitations, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and possess strong documentation and communication skills. Collaboration with physicians, therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members is essential.

Requirements
