About The Position
Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist for a rehabilitation opportunity in Salinas, California. Help patients improve communication, swallowing, and daily function through individualized care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited speech-language pathology program.
- Current California SLP license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
- Provide therapy and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support treatment goals.
- Document evaluations, treatment, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
