About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Autumn Lake | Catonsville, MD. Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake in Catonsville. You'll help residents make daily activities more manageable by identifying what's getting in the way and building treatment around practical goals.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate how residents perform self-care and other everyday tasks
- Develop and provide occupational therapy tailored to each resident
- Teach techniques and recommend adaptive equipment when appropriate
- Follow progress, update care plans, and communicate with the care team
