The Occupational Therapist (OT) role is the front line of Adaptive Home Health's mission to dramatically improve patient access to home health care. As an OT, you will restore function in the home, build safe routines, reduce avoidable decline, and help patients regain independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). Adaptive Home Health builds technology to better support their field clinicians, with a charting product designed to reduce documentation burden and a scheduling product (launching soon) to make coordinating visits easier and protect clinician time. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient impact, and a support team built to remove administrative friction for clinicians with strong clinical judgment who like owning outcomes.
