Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatments, and re-evaluations, as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, treatment plans, and progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
