About The Position

This role requires an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive patient care. The therapist will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. Strong clinical skills, documentation abilities, and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload independently are essential.

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload independently.
