About The Position
The Occupational Therapist evaluates individuals referred for occupational therapy services, establishes an occupational therapy prognosis and plan of treatment, and implements treatment based on evaluation results and the plan of care. The therapist reassesses the ongoing effects of treatment, collaborates with and consults others involved in care delivery, and supervises occupational therapy assistants and aides. This is a PRN/as-needed outpatient therapy position in Waukesha County.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current BLS certification through the AHA, or ability to obtain it at the time of hire.
- Occupational Therapist licensure through the State of Wisconsin.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of occupational therapist experience preferred.
