About The Position

In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services, including evaluation, treatment, and education. The role also monitors the treatment activities of certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs) and aides. This is a part-time, PRN outpatient position at Ludington Hospital, scheduled for four hours per week on the day shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate of an accredited occupational therapy school.
• Successful completion of a clinical internship.
• Michigan Occupational Therapist license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire.

• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and education in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
