About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist for outpatient work at Parkway Cove in Covington, Tennessee. The role serves higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. Therapists work independently, create their own schedules, and help market the clinic. Treatment takes place in residents’ rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic, so travel to homes outside the building is not required. The position uses a patient-centered approach and offers clinical support, mentorship, education, and opportunities for career growth. Full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities are available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license, or ability to obtain a license, in the state of practice.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.
