About The Position
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment. The SHA is committed to providing coordinated quality services that are seamless, safe and patient-centred. This community-based position provides services in clinic/home settings in PHC Regina and will be assigned to a Primary Health Care Network within PHC Services. The incumbent will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of clients/patients/residents incorporating best practice and evidence-based research, as well as the supervision of students assigned to them. Some assignments may require access to a vehicle for work.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel within service delivery area
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.

- Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
- HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
- Can work flexible hours; ability to work shifts based on operational needs.
