This community-based position provides services in clinic/home settings in PHC Regina. The home base for this position is 204 Wascana Street (Subject to change).

Requirements

• Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
• Computer skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license, where required
• Travel required to various community/rural sites within Regina PHC Networks
• Food Safe certificate, where required
• Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
• Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning.
• Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
