About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide services to children in a school setting. The therapist helps students build skills that support success at school and beyond, delivering services based on students’ IEPs and 504 plans. The role includes conducting evaluations and assessments, writing reports, and identifying students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas. This is a gap leave coverage position. PDS offers therapist support and a tailored mentorship program.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State Occupational Therapy license.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students based on their IEPs and 504 plans.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Write reports.
- Determine students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas.
