About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a creative and compassionate Occupational Therapist for temporary coverage. The role provides personalized therapeutic care to senior residents in senior living communities, helping improve their quality of life. The therapist evaluates and treats patients, contributes to resident wellness education, and builds relationships with patients and community partners as part of a rehabilitation team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. Pay is $38.00–$53.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients.
- Build leadership experience through community partnerships.
- Provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery, and patient awareness.
