About The Position

Mid South is hiring an experienced Director of Rehab on our Rehab Therapy TEAM at a facility in Indianola, Mississippi. The settings of this facility are: acute care inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed. The position is full-time. If you are an OT, COTA, PT, PTA, or SLP with DOR experience and a desire to lead and serve, we invite you to apply today!

Requirements

• Current unrestricted professional license to practice.
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• DOR experience (Director of Rehab).

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an OT, COTA, PT, PTA, or SLP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve on the Rehab Therapy TEAM.
• Manage rehab therapy services in acute care inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings.
