About The Position

Mid South is hiring an experienced Director of Rehab on our Rehab Therapy TEAM at a facility in Indianola, Mississippi. The settings of this facility are: acute care inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed. The position is full-time. Requirements

• Current unrestricted professional license to practice.
• Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

• PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP experience.
• DOR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and serve the Rehab Therapy TEAM.
• Manage operations in acute care inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed settings.
• Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to treat patients.
• Assess and improve treatment interventions using clinical outcomes.
• Participate in a national outcome database for benchmarking and outcome reports.
