About The Position
LTC Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Sharon. You'll help residents find ways to participate in daily routines as they recover or adapt to changing abilities, using their priorities to guide care.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Assess residents' self-care skills and identify barriers to independence
- Create individualized treatment plans with practical, measurable goals
- Address dressing, bathing, coordination, and upper body function
- Teach adaptive techniques and recommend equipment suited to residents' needs
- Review progress, document treatment, and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team
