About The Position

AXIS Teletherapy Occupational Therapists provide virtual school-based therapy to help students develop practical, emotional, and physical skills for greater independence in school and daily life. They use creativity and clinical insight to adapt strategies to each student’s environment and individual needs, supporting students’ function, confidence, and participation in education. The role serves schools in Ohio and is fully remote.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Ohio Board license in Occupational Therapy.
Ohio Department of Education 5-year Pupil Services License.
At least 2 years of experience in a school setting.
Professional integrity and accountability, including ethical behavior, respect for policies, and ownership of responsibilities.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and capacity to troubleshoot independently.
Cultural sensitivity and effective time management.

Responsibilities
