About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Grant, Nebraska. The position is available full-time, part-time, or PRN. Therapists evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals, and supervise COTAs. Scheduling is flexible to support patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Hold an active OT license in the state of practice.
• Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable state and federal regulations.
