About The Position

Trinity Community at Beavercreek in Beavercreek, Ohio, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join its Rehab Team and serve older adults. The Occupational Therapist establishes appropriate goals, develops and carries out treatment plans, and supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the role requires meeting productivity standards and completing required documentation while helping patients achieve important outcomes and serving as a trusted partner to the community.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience; this experience is not always required.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate patient goals.
