About The Position
Symbria is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join the Rehab Team at University Place in West Lafayette, Indiana. The role supports patient-centered care for older adults in senior-living and post-acute settings, helping them live safer and more independent lives. Weekend coverage is needed. The Occupational Therapist establishes appropriate goals and develops and carries out treatment plans, while supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the therapist maintains productivity standards and completes required documentation, helping patients achieve important outcomes and serving as a trusted partner to the community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
