Occupational Therapist (OT) - FT Days | Miamisburg Rehab
About The Position
PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care for a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care. The role is primarily responsible for direct patient care and for planning and implementing age-appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs for individual patients in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to further development of services and must be flexible to meet the needs of the System across different facilities. Other related duties may be assigned or requested. Prior inpatient hospital experience is welcome, though a commitment and desire to learn is also suitable.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification is required.

- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and practices within the PAM Health System.
- Contribute to the further development of services.
- Remain flexible to meet the System's needs across different facilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
